Function that is similar to getROICoordinates (actually calls getROICoordinates), but gets coordinates for the ROI that match voxel for voxel another scan. This can be useful if you have two scans taken with different slice prescriptions and you want to have an ROI from both scans that has exactly the same number of voxels from the same cortical locations -- which is something you might want to do if you are cross-classifying across scan days

Fixed a bug that was occurring if you happened to be warping scans and you selected a base scan that had a different number of volumes than the scans you were concatenating (this caused the code to wrongly give the first scan in the concatenation the same number of volumes as the base warp scan - and not the scan it was concatenating).

Turn off interrogator if we importGroupScans (because importGroupScans has to swap the MLR variable to get info on the other group -- and this wreaks havoc if you happen to move your mouse over the open view)

If scans were being imported too fast, they were getting the same time stamp (down to the second!). So, now if it takes less than a second to import a scan, we pause for a second to insure a unique filename.

fixed a few small bugs in using an ROI as a mask. In particular, did an XY flip on the 'dataMask' variable, and changed the way the mask gets blurred. Don't know why these bugs were detected before...
